Force absorbing technology
The headrest of Axkid Minikid 3 is designed to protect and support your child’s vulnerable head and neck in the event of a collision. The geometry of the headrest as well as the choice of material is specially designed to absorb the crash forces before reaching the child, giving the highest level of safety for your child.

Toddler support cushion
Axkid Minikid 3 is delivered with an extra insert for younger children. The cushion provides support and comfort and ensures your little one is sitting correctly in the seat. The new design of the insert comes in a comfortable memory foam as well as mesh fabric in the back for air circulation. The insert is recommended to use when the child is between 61-105cm tall.

Interactive 3D installation guide
The BILT-app provides you with an easy step-by-step interactive 3D installation guide in your phone. The BILT-app can be downloaded from AppStore or GooglePlay.

Easy installation system
Axkid Minikid 3 comes with a cohesive on-seat installation guide, based on 6 step-by-step signs. With only one belt clam and due to the automatic lower tethers, this makes you able to simply wiggle the seat into place and the installation is both easy and secure.

Dynamic headrest technology
The dynamic headrest technology makes sure the headrest is always in a safe and correct position for your child. Axkid Minikid is the only car seat on the market that features a headrest and internal harness that automatically adjusts according to the child’s length and size. When pulling the harness strap, the headrest automatically adjusts to the child’s length and size. This makes it easy to ensure your child has both a safe and comfortable position when seated in the Axkid Minikid 3.

ASIP 
Axkid Side Impact protection – ASIP, has been developed together with a recognised crash institute in Germany, providing the best possible protection for the child in the event of a side-impact collision. ASIP should be used on the side of the car seat that is facing the car’s door. When using the car seat in the middle, ASIP is not required.

Automatic lower tethers
The unique automatic lower tethers featured on the Minikid 3 makes the installation smooth as the seat can be “wiggled” into place. Thanks to the tethers, everyday handling is easy and secure since the seat is always secured in place and will not become loose over time.

Long duration premium textile
The textile cover for Minikid 3 Premium features a 2 way stretch fabric with high density laminate. The seat covers are simple to remove, made from toxic-free textiles and are machine washable. The premium fabric also comes with an additional padding giving your child a higher comfort whilst in the car seat.

Sleep well system
Don’t compromise with comfort when traveling with your child. Axkid Minikid 3 is designed with multiple recline positions. Position Axkid Minikid 3 into resting mode and decrease the risk of your child’s head falling forward.
